Confirm Potter County Jail Release

Is Potter Work Release Discharge?
Work release at Potter County Jail is not full release. The official jail page says the sentencing court must order the program. The warden or deputy warden then considers approval case by case. Approved participants remain under jail authority and facility rules even though they can leave for permitted activity. Seeing someone outside the institution does not prove that the jail ended custody.
Verify the person's status with the jail. Ask whether work release is the current placement and whether a later release transaction exists.
